Leroux has over 20 years experience in the building materials
and construction industries, including:
Manufacturer’s representative for windows:
Full understanding of how a window is manufactured and all inherent
problems that can be found in the field regarding type of window,
weather stripping, etc. Full understanding of window warranties and
how manufacturers deal with them. I also have a complete
understanding of how windows are made and how they should be
installed. Additionally, I spent seven years training window
installers to do the job right.
Installed Roofing sales:
I have experience selling and installing roofing for a local roofing
contractor that had one of the best reputations in the area.
Lumber and Building Materials sales and home structure engineering:
I spent over 10 years selling lumber and building materials to
remodelers and builders, and enjoy full knowledge of how homes are
constructed.
Warranties:
I have a full understanding of manufacturer warranties and what you
need to be aware of to ensure that the warranty is not voided. I
spent years inspecting windows and roofing in the field, and was
responsible for finding out what was wrong with the window and/or
roof including inspection for improper installation, which enabled
me to determine whether or not a warranty claim was valid.
In the past, it's been difficult to know
where to go for UNBIASED answers... until now!
